Bliss St. and Indigo Heirlooms

Shells, One was in her mother’s drawers. They were a few in the cupboards, another in her china cabinet yet another in her favorite cup. As far as she knew her mother had never seen the ocean. Where did they come from? It wasn’t until she opened the jewelry box that she found wrapped in a silk hankie was a shell and a note.
“Darling, As a shell shelters pearls so shall our love shelter us from life storms”

This rich blue and green enamel shell measures 7/9-in by just over 3/4-in

He went away but distance couldn’t slow their love. He wrote long love letters…Later when they were together he left PS I love you notes for her to find. The sterling enamel PS I Love You measures 3/4-in by 3/8-in.

a 20 and 24 inch double strand faux pearl necklace with a glass cameo clasp. The necklace unclasps to leave the glass cameo as a stand alone pin. The pin itself has a German made glass cameo surrounded by small rhinestones

This double strand of pearls came to me in a Majorica case. I do not see any marks clasp or pin. Because of that I do not feel comfortable calling them Majorica pearls. I will however pass along the case to whoever wants to add this to their collection. This is a quality strand.
