Many of our customers in the past have sent notes, letters, and of course Emails. We love hearing how much you enjoy your jewelry. It would be nice if we can see your wearing your favorites! Please send photos.

Need to talk to someone on the phone?
If you want someone to call you, we will be happy to. Just include your phone number and your time zone and the preferred time.
We have skype so if you a skype customer include your skype number/name.
Bliss St. is located in NY. That is EST. Keep that in mind when you give us your preferred time. For example if you are in Australia and want to be called at 3pm-4pm that is 3am -4am here. More than likely we will be off work and asleep.
We will do our best to call you within 48hrs.

Please note: your order may ship the same day, so if the shipping information on your receipt is incorrect or there are any other changes please contact me immediately. All orders will ship within 3 business days of an accepted payment.
Shipping to the US includes insurance.
International Customers please contact for quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with the items you purchase from Bliss St Jewelry.
We pack each item with care; any damages or losses should be covered by insurance and claimed with the selected courier. Damage claims are the responsibility of the purchaser, because post office regulations require the receiver to file the claim. We will help with any claims and fill out all paperwork required of us
New Items – are of the highest quality . We offer you our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery date as long as it is in original brand new condition ( unworn, undamaged and/or unaltered items.) for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If returns are not in their original mint condition, we reserve the right to to give a only a partial refund.
Keep in mind that vintage and antique items are not brand new and therefore bear the character marks of age and previous use. Normal wear should be expected. We take a great deal of time on our photos and descriptions and encourage you to please email all questions before buying as all items are sold ‘as is’. We have no control of items manufactured 20+ old. Imperfections in manufacturing happen it is normal and is not considered Damage. While we do accept returns on vintage pieces our qualifications for refunds are on a piece by piece basis. Please feel free to email me within 7 days of receiving your order with your concerns.
